These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PulseRing Health Pty Ltd (ACN 696 297 177, ABN 53 696 297 177) trading as PulseRing Pro, a company registered in New South Wales, Australia.
By visiting pulseringpro.com.au, placing a deposit, or purchasing a PulseRing Pro device, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

The PulseRing Pro name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of PulseRing Health Pty Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PulseRing Health Pty Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping & Delivery
Founder's Edition units will ship before general availability. You will be notified by email at the address provided at checkout when your ring is ready to ship.
Estimated shipping timeline: We are currently in pre-production phase. Production milestones and updated shipping estimates will be communicated to all depositors by email.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full within 5-10 business days.
Disputes & Contact
If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first at contact@pulseringpro.com.au. We commit to responding within 5 business days and resolving complaints fairly.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
For consumer disputes, you may also contact the NSW Fair Trading office or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
